All Colours or Highlights require a skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment. You will still need to come for a skin test even if you have had a skin test colour or highlights at another salon. Clients must be at least 16 years old.

For the test, we apply some colour onto your skin usually behind the ear. Leave it there for 48 hours without washing or touching it. Look out for anything unusual like redness, swelling, burning or itchiness. If you notice something let us know and also seek medical advice.

To keep our appointments running smoothly and to respect the time of all clients, we have the following policy in place:
 
Lateness
– Up to 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be adjusted, and the full service might not be achievable. The original price still applies.  
– Over 15 minutes late: Unfortunately, the appointment may no longer be able to go ahead. In this case, 50% of the original appointment cost must be paid before rescheduling.
 
No‑Shows
– Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be required to pay 100% of the appointment cost before booking a new appointment.
